I utilize a holistic and integrative approach tailored to each client/couple’s needs. I work from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-focused therapy, Attachment Theory, trauma-informed care, and Solution-focused Brief Therapy models. I have contemporaneous post-graduate training on relationships, sex therapy, and relational resilience.
